Bill Bolander
Senior Engineer/Design Maker


Bill, upon graduation, began his career in design work with local Indianapolis firms.  He quickly established himself in large scale design and builds and became an Architectural Design consultant.  He continued this work until 1992.
 
Since then, Bill
accepted offers to design and manage several  Church and residential projects independently as Bolander & Associates Inc.. This work led to the international market.  Bill has worked in twenty countries with a wide range of projects including an apartment complex in Guyana, two story collegiate building in Australia, and a multi-level conference center in Nicaragua.  Bill has managed projects ranging in budget from 5,000 to 5.5 million dollars since 1992 to present through Bolander & Associates and B.H.R

Jerry Harvey
Senior Residential Project Manager

Jerry began working in the carpentry field when his father,
Kenneth L. Harvey, whom was a general contractor in residentiall home building for 40 years, took Jerry to work with him on weekends and in the summer when he was only 12 years old. Jerry has now been working in the construction trade for over 45 years.

 

Jerry has been a project manager now for over 20 years, applying his knowledge from hands on experience in the field and building strong relations with suppliers both locally and nationally.  He has managed budgets ranging from 5,000 to 3.5 million dollars.

Rick Rice
Senior Commercial Project Manager




Rick began his career as project manager for the Sheil Sexton Corporation after college.  He gained an immense amount of experience and later brought that knowledge to Eden Enterprises.  There he transitioned into commercial large scale projects. 

Rick has currently been extremely active in restaurant restoration, remodeling and construction.  Rick has been a commercial construction manager for over 20 years.  He has managed 5,000 to 5.5 million dollar projects.
